Ingredients

  1. Mole Pineapple Puree 80g
  2. Earl Grey Tea 180cc
  3. Lemongrass Syrup 25cc
  4. Lemon Juice 10cc
  5. Ice Cubes as needed

 

Directions

  1. Shake 1~4 ingredients in a shaker with ice cubes. Pour into a glass
  2. Top with lemon slice or lemon zest then ready to serve
